Rental fee covers the building and grounds: ballroom, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2nd story bridal suite, parlor, tables and chairs, clean up and use of our decor. Hours are 7am to 11pm.

50% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. $500 refundable damage deposit due 45 days before event. Liability insurance policy due 45 days before event. Prices subject to change without notice.
