Rental fee covers the building and grounds, tables and chairs, set up, clean up, and use of our decor. Hours are 7am to 11pm. You may bring your own vendors at no additional charge.

50% of the deposit is due at time of booking. Remaining balance is due 45 days before event. All rental payments are non-refundable. A $500 refundable damage deposit and a liability insurance policy will be due 45 days before event. Prices subject to change without notice.
